Reallight’s self-developed, designed, manufactured MCH series RealSubns® High refrequency single longitudinal mode microhip laser is a diode pumped passive Q-switched subnanosecond laser. It has features of narrow pulse width, peak power and high repetation rate,etc.Optional wavelength are: 1064nm, 532nm, repetition rate from 20kHz to 100kHz optional, pulse width is down to 300ps. Products are widely used in seed source, radar ranging, laser micromachining, ultrasonic imaging, Raman spectroscopy, photolithography, laser-induced fluorescence, biophotonics and other fields.
