The T01 series is an integrated laser transmitter consisting of a diode-pumped passively Q-switched Erbium glass laser independently developed by RealLight, a transmitting antenna, and a photodiode. The laser module operates at the eye-safe wavelength of 1535nm and can synchronize the laser pulse signal. The transmitter has the characteristics of small size, small divergence angle, and wide temperature range operation. It is professionally used in LIDAR, laser range finding, laser remote sensing and other fields.
The PIN detector is a high-performance photodetector made of InGaAs material, designed specifically for wide wavelength response and high sensitivity applications. It can effectively detect wavelengths in the range of 990nm to 1650nm, featuring excellent responsivity and low dark current characteristics. This makes it highly suitable for optical measurement equipment and laser radar systems.
The 1535nm narrow bandpass filter is a high-performance optical filter specifically designed to allow light at the central wavelength of 1535nm to pass through while effectively blocking light at other wavelengths. This filter features a narrow bandwidth, high transmission rate, and a wide operating temperature range, making it ideal for applications in LiDAR and laser ranging.
