Jul. 25, 2024

Reallight’s self-developed, designed, manufactured MCH series RealSubns® High refrequency single longitudinal mode microhip laser is a diode pumped passive Q-switched subnanosecond laser. It has features of narrow pulse width, peak power and high repetation rate, etc. Optional wavelength are: 1064nm, 532nm, repetition rate from 20kHz to 100kHz optional, pulse width is down to 300ps. Products are widely used in seed source, radar ranging, laser micromachining, ultrasonic imaging, Raman spectroscopy, photolithography, laser-induced fluorescence, biophotonics and other fields.

The SLM (Single longitudinal Mode) Microchip Laser is passive Q-switched DPSS lasers which produces 300ps sub-nanosecond pulses and achieves 20kHz to 100kHz repetition with 1604nm and 532nm wavelength. This kinds of laser are designed for Integration and is ideal for seed laser, radar ranging, laser micromachining, ultrasonic imaging, Raman spectroscopy, photolithography, laser-induced fluorescence, biophotonics etc.
