AQS Series Short Pulse Width Actively Q-Switched Laser

AQS Series short pulse Q-Switched DPSS lasers are Active Q-switch(actively Q-switched) with sub-nanosecond pulse width generation down to 2ns, Up to 250 kW peak power and great beam quality. Various models operate with repetition rates up to 10kHz, high energy up to 500μJ@1kHz. AQS Series includes two wavelengths of 1064nm and 532nm. Externally Triggerable with low timing jitter of <1ns. Such series lasers are suitable for LIDAR-LADAR-LIBS, Laser Ablation / Laser Micromachining of thin films, laser Scribing / laser Material processing.
